I'm very happy to announce that Great Lake Treasures is available at Flowers by Ray and Sharon! They are "Family Owned and Operated - Muskegon's Largest Full-Service Florist - Michigan Retail Florist of the Year." They stock a fantastic selection of gifts, including works by some local artists :), not to mention that the staff there will bend over backwards to help you get what you need!! https://www.flowersbyrayandsharon.com/about.htm
I have hand-made, unique Great Lake pieces at both of their locations, in North Muskegon near Meijer (1888 Holton Rd., Muskegon, MI 49445), and on Apple Avenue just east of Mill Iron (3807 Apple Ave. Muskegon, MI 49442). The flower selection (and the care that goes into them) at Flowers by Ray and Sharon is incredible!
Studio 2 Art Gallery at 8276 Ferry St. in downtown Montague, MI currently has my biggest "stoned mirror," seen in the last picture of Mirrors in my Products list. I often have a collection of jewelry and a couple smaller mirrors there, as well. Korrine has a large group of local artists in her shop, and the painting classes that she teaches are VERY popular. Closed for the season. Check back in May!
Jax Salon has a collection of my necklaces and the biggest selection of my prints on canvas - showing off the beauty of our Lake Michigan sunsets, our local White River Light Station and other natural scenes from our area. Jacki has been doing my hair for about 15 years and is a real sweetheart. Jax is located in downtown Montague, at 8669 Water Street and is open from 9 to 5. The number there is (231) 292-1407.
UPCOMING SHOW DATES for 2019: I will be returning to the 46th Annual Grand Haven Community Center "Christmas Arts and Craft Show" on Friday, Dec. 6 from 10-5 and Saturday, Dec. 7 from 10-3. Located at 421 Columbus Street, this is a big, popular show with many vendors and a lot of unique gift ideas for yourself, friends or family. I will have my pebble art, ornaments, and other Great Lake Treasures there. Lunch will be available, so come spend the afternoon with some friends!
Because I now have/will have my work at 4 different locations during the summer, I will not be doing the number of shows that I have done in the past. Check back to see if I've built up my stock enough to apply to shows for 2020! :)
All of these events are juried shows, so you can expect a high level of craftsmanship. Please come out to "shop local."
